APRICOT-NECTAR DRESSING | |
1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/8 tsp. cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt 1/4 to 1/2 c. apricot nectar Stir brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg into yogurt. Add enough of the apricot nectar to make a dressing of drizzling consistency. Stir until smooth. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes 1 cup. 10 calories per tablespoon. |
