4 c. assorted fresh fruit in bite-size pieces 1 c. sour cream 1 c. chopped walnuts Honey in squeeze bottle 1/2 c. shredded coconut, if desired Using dessert cups or improise. Is use 8 ounce crystal glasses. Make layers with fruit, a thin layer of sour cream, topped with nuts and a good drizzle of honey. Continue until each cup is full and finish with another drizzle of honey over top fruit. Serves 4. Increase as desired. |
