HOT CLAM DIP 
2 cans minced clams and juice
1 tsp. lemon juice

Simmer 15 minutes. 1 green pepper, chopped fine 1 stick butter 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 dash of Tabasco 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce

Simmer 25 minutes in separate pan or until soft. 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs. Mix clams and onion mixture with crumbs (can be frozen or refrigerated now). Put mixture in flat baking dish. Top with American cheese slices, Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven.
