DEVILED SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. top round steak (1 inch thick)
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 c. tomato soup
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1/2 c. flour
1 sliced onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. shortening

Mix mustard with flour and pound into steak. Brown on both sides in shortening. Mix all other ingredients and salt and pepper to your taste, pour this over steak and cook in small roaster or electric fry pan covered, at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
