SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 sliced potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
2 tbsp. chives
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk

Mix soup and milk together. Mix in chives. Spray casserole dish with non-stick pan spray. Place potatoes in dish. Pour over cheese mixture. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in hot oven (375 degrees) for 30 to 45 minutes.
