FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Fresh peaches or canned peaches
1 pie crust

Slice peaches thin in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Beat sugar, egg, butter and vanilla and flour together. Pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees until filling is firm and brown. Canned peaches may be used, drain liquid before using.
