FRESH PEACH PIE 
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
5 c. sliced fresh peaches
Pastry for 2 crust pie
2 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar and flour. Pour over sliced peaches in bowl; toss to coat peaches evenly. Line 9 inch pie plate with pastry. Add peaches; dot with butter. Adjust top crust; cut slits to allow steam to escape. Bake in 425 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
