ITALIAN SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
2 cans Swanson's beef broth
2 cans Delmonte stewed Italian tomatoes
1 can mixed vegetables
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/2 to 1 c. pasta shells

Saute lean ground beef and onion in oil. Add beef broth, stewed Italian tomatoes, mixed vegetables, beef bouillon cubes, and Italian herb seasoning. Cook slowly for about 45 minutes. Add pasta shells and cook another 15 minutes. Serve with bread sticks and salad.
