WHITE BREAD 
4 1/2 c. water
12 c. flour
2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 pkg. yeast

Use 1/2 cup water to dissolve the 2 packages of yeast.

Mix ingredients well. Knead 30 minutes. Raise until double; punch. Raise again. Form into loaves. Raise. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
