WATERMELON ICE 
8 c. 1" watermelon pieces
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Remove seeds from watermelon. Measure half of the watermelon pieces, half sugar and half lemon juice into blender. Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and sugar is dissolved. Repeat. Pour into 2 refrigerator ice cube trays. Freeze until firm, about 2 hours. Serve in dessert cups.
