SCALLOP CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. fresh scallops, washed & drained 1 can cream of shrimp soup 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. bread crumbs Place scallops in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with soup. Melt butter and mix with grated cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top of scallop mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-50 minutes or until bubbly and brown. |
