DEVILED EGGS 
4 hard cooked eggs
2 tsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks; mash. Add mayonnaise or salad dressing, lemon juice, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Beat until fluffy. Refill egg whites. Garnish with parsley or paprika. Serves 4.
