DEVILED CRABS 
1 lb. crabmeat, pick clean
1 1/2 c. wet bread, squeeze out water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped mango
3/4 c. sm. onion, chopped fine
3 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp. parsley
2 sm. eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Dash or red pepper (optional)

Saute celery, mango, and onion in 3 tablespoons butter until tender. Mix in all ingredients. Roll in balls; dip in egg and milk mixture, then roll in cracker meal. Fry in deep fat until brown.
