SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
Milk
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup. Add milk to make 1/2 cup. Flake salmon, removing bones and skin. Blend in egg; stir in rest of ingredients. Make into patties. Cook at 350 F. until brown.
