CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE | |
1 white cake mix 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can cream of coconut mixer (found on the mixed drink aisle) 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix cake mix according to package directions and bake. Let cool. Poke holes with a fork every inch or so. Pour 1 can sweetened condensed milk over top. Then pour 1 can cream of coconut over the cake slowly, mixing well before pouring. Top with Cool Whip and frozen coconut. Make this at least 1-2 days before you need it to let the flavors soak in. A really moist coconut cake. |
