GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING 
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
Graham cracker crumbs

Dissolve together the package of Knox gelatin and milk. Mix in 2 egg yolks and sugar. Cook all above in a double boiler to a thin custard. Cool. Beat 1 pint cream and 2 egg whites and mix with cooled custard. Line bottom of pan with graham cracker crumbs. Add mixture, top with crumbs and chill until set.
