SIMPLE STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. sherry
Minced parsley
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Hot cooked noodles or rice

Brown meat, onion and garlic, drain off fat. Blend soup and milk, add to meat mixture and heat well. Reduce heat and carefully blend in sour cream and sherry. Serve on noodles with a sprinkling of parsley. Makes 4 servings.
