SPICED PUMPKIN PRUNE LOAF 
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 cup prune juice
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. each cloves, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
2 cups cut up prunes
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Beat eggs. Beat in oil, sugar, pumpkin, prune juice. Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, spices. Add to pumpkin mixture. Mix just until blended. Fold prunes and walnuts into batter. Pour into 2 greased 9x5-inch loaf pans.

Bake 60 to 70 minutes in 350°F oven. Cool in pans on rack 10 minutes turn out of pans and let cool completely.
