FETE FETTUCINI 
2 c. cooked chicken (4 breasts)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. half & half or light cream
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. cooked ham, diced
1/2 c. (each) cooked peas, broccoli flowerets, carrot slices
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano flakes
1 lb. fettucini or spaghetti

Melt butter over low heat. Add flour and stir in. Heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Slowly add cream. Turn to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cube chicken. Add chicken and remaining ingredients to sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles.
