CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD WITH WALNUTS | |
1 (6 oz) pkg raspberry Jello 1 (11 oz) can Mandarin oranges (with juice) 1 cup diced celery 1 cup tidbit pineapple 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 1/3 cup boiling water Place jello in a dry bowl. Drain mandarin oranges and keep the juice drain tidbit pineapples dice celery chop walnuts. Boil 1 1/3 cups of water and add to Jello. Make sure it is dissolved before adding the rest of ingredients. Add the can of whole berry cranberry sauce at mix in thoroughly. Add the juice that you reserved from the Mandarin oranges. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir together to incorporated all ingredients well. Transfer to a clear bowl and chill for at least 6 hours, best is overnight. Submitted by: nancy wirthlin |
