LOW SALT - LOW FAT B.B.Q. SAUCE 
1 (12 oz.) can no salt added tomato paste
1/2 c. dry white wine (to replace salt taste)
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco (to taste)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mild chili powder
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. Liquid Smoke

Blend all ingredients well, simmer for 25 minutes. Be careful, it's a sloppy sauce and bubbles and splashes. Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Great on chicken (no skin), fish or any meat.
