CHOC. - CHOC. MOUSSE 
1 chocolate layer 9 inch (1/2 boxed cake mix)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 pkg. German chocolate, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

Soften gelatin in cold water. Combine melted chocolate, condensed milk, sugar and egg yolks. Blend with gelatin. Whip egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour in 1 1/2 quart bowl and refrigerate overnight.

Before guests arrive, turn mousse over onto chocolate cake layer. Whip heavy cream, cover entire cake and decorate with chocolate shavings.
