CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. beef, diced
1/2 lb. pork, diced
2 c. diced celery
1 c. minced onions
1 can Chinese bean sprouts
1 can fried noodles
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sauce
3 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. fat
3 c. rice

Add diced meat to hot fat and brown. Mix soy sauce and the brown sauce with the flour. Put meat in with vegetables, add flour mixture and cook until meat is tender. Serve over rice.
