CHOCOLATE COVERED COCONUT BALLS 
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 lg. pkg. coconut flakes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 can Eagle Brand
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1" balls. Chill in freezer for about 15 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate. Place dipped balls on waxed paper until chocolate sets up.
