CHILI SAUCE 
8 apples
6 onions
8 ripe tomatoes
6 mangos (3 red and 3 green)
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp.. cinnamon
1 c. celery
3 c. sugar
1 pt. vinegar
3 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp.. cloves

Grind first four ingredients and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook 20 minutes or until thickens. Can and seal. Yields 8 pint jars.
