JAPANESE GRILLED MARINATED
SWORDFISH
 
1/2 c. sesame oil
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lime juice
1/4 c. mirin (sweet cooking sake)
2 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
3 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 (1-inch thick) swordfish steaks, about 8 oz. each
Vegetable oil

Marinade the fish steaks for at least 1/2 hour. Remove from marinade and lightly dip them in the vegetable oil. Set the steaks on the grill and cook them 5-7 minutes on each side. Brush with the marinade and serve.
