1 (30 oz.) can white hominy
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. Sugar Twin
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes

Drain hominy and set aside.

Saute onions and green peppers in oil (vegetable). Add ground turkey and cook until light browned. Add last 4 ingredients. Stir and allow to simmer 10 minutes. Add white hominy. Simmer 30 minutes.
