CHICKEN DRESSING CASSEROLE 
8 chicken breasts, skinned
1 stick butter
1 c. celery, diced
7 oz. pkg. seasoned dressing mix
1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 cans mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar pimento

Boil chicken and debone and cut into pieces. Cook celery and onion in chicken broth and butter until tender. Add dressing mix in bottom of casserole dish. Place chicken on top of mixture. Mix soups (don't dilute), pour over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Add pimento as garnish. Serve hot.
