TATER CRISP CHICKEN | |
1/4 c. butter 1 c. mashed potato flakes 1 tsp. salt 2 to 3 lb. chicken Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan in oven. Combine potato flakes and salt in a bag. Rinse chicken pieces in cold water, shake in plastic bag. Place chicken skin side down in melted butter. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Bake 30 minutes longer. |
