BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken breast, cooked and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. onion (cut up)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs, hard boiled and mashed
2 c. potato chips

Cut up chicken breast and combine with all ingredients but potato chips. Put in baking dish. Top with chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
