GOURMET SHRIMP SALAD 
3 c. med. shell-roni
2 (6 oz.) cans shrimp (cleaned)
1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. sweet pickles, diced
1/2 c. chopped scallions
1/2 c. sliced radishes

Cook shell-roni, rinse, drain. Drain shrimp, do not rinse. Combine all ingredients, stir gently until mixed.

DRESSING:

Add 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice to 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip. Whip until smooth. Add milk if thinner dressing is desired. Stir dressing gently into salad. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill 4 hours or more.
