TUNA SALAD 
SALAD:

8 oz. feta cheese
20 pitted Greek olives
20 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans solid white tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 lg. cucumber, chopped
3 green onions, chopped (tops too)

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix together salad ingredients just before serving. Mix together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and toss. Serves 4.
