SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
Shrimp
3 slices bacon
2/3 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
11 oz. cream of tomato soup, undiluted
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt
4 c. cooked rice

Cut bacon into short lengths with scissors, then saute until done. Add celery, onion, pepper and cook until vegetables are soft. Add soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and water. Simmer 10 minutes then add shrimp and continue simmering 20 minutes. Season with salt. Serve with steamed rice.
