DRIED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. dried beef cut in pieces
1 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. dry macaroni
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
2 hard cooked eggs, optional
Onions to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight, or at least for 12 hours. Put into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Do not add salt. Serves four people.
