SHRIMP BURRITO 
I hope you like my shrimp burrito recipe :)

10 to 15 medium shrimps
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tbsp. chopped green chilies (canned)
3 tbsp. chopped white onion
1 fresh lime
1/2 tbsp. cumin
1/4 tbsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
1 large flour tortilla

Thaw shrimp and remove tails, add to unheated pan. Squeeze lime juice into pan. Add onion, cilantro, and all seasonings.

Turn heat on to medium-high and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

When shrimp is done remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.

Heat tortilla on a comal (tortilla heating pan).

Note: If you do not have a comal heat in microwave for 15 seconds.

Add filling ingredients to warmed tortilla. Garnish with shredded cabbage, dairy sour cream, and taco sauce or just leave it as is.
