“RUMMY FRUIT COMPOTE” IS IN:

RUMMY FRUIT COMPOTE 
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. dark rum
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. grated lime rind
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 c. diced apple
1 1/2 c. diagonally sliced bananas
1 1/2 c. cubed pears
1 1/2 c. orange sections
1 c. halved red grapes
Plain yogurt, for garnish

Combine orange juice, rum, honey, lime rind and lime juice in small saucepan. Bring to boiling; lower heat; simmer 5 minutes. Combine apples, bananas, pears, oranges and grapes in a large serving bowl. Pour syrup over fruits; toss to blend well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish each serving with 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt.

Makes 8 servings, 104 calories each.
