GREEK CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 box twists noodles
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 1/2 c. cucumber and celery
1 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
2/3 c. sliced black olives
1/4 snipped parsley

Combine above ingredients in a large bowl and top with Aioli dressing (below).

AIOLI DRESSING:

1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. oil
1 c. yogurt
1 tbsp. oregano

Combine in a blender. Slowly add 1 cup salad oil to the blender. Add 1/2 to 1 cup plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon oregano.
