MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
Lettuce
2 c. celery, chopped
4 green scallions, chopped
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. almonds, roasted

Put salad together. Mix dressing. Pour on salad just before serving.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
