CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
8 chicken breasts (halves)
Salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Rinse chicken. Salt and pepper each piece. Place (fat side up) in a casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
