2 lg. ripe Avocados 1 lg. tomato 4 to 5 green onions 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. paprika 2 to 4 tbsp. sour cream 1 to 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice La Victoria Salsa Jalapeno, to taste 1/4 c. grated jack cheese (optional) Chop tomato and green onion. Dice, then mash Avocado with wooden spoon. Add onion and tomato, leaving chunky. Add salt, pepper, and paprika with lemon juice. Add salsa Jalapeno 1/2 teaspoon at a time, waiting a few minutes to taste. When desired taste is acquired, add sour cream and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. |
