FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. almond or vanilla
2 c. fresh peaches, chopped fine
1 unbaked pie shell

Cream butter, sugar and flour. Add well beaten eggs and beat until well blended. Fold the peaches into the mixture. Fold into the pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
