SEAFOOD GUMBO 
3 to 4 slices bacon
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes with juice
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Cajun seasoning to taste
1 pkg. frozen okra (or 1 lb. fresh)
1 med. shrimp, cooked (peeled and halved)
1 or 2 cans (6 oz.) crabmeat or fresh
1 lb. turkey sausage, precooked and sliced 1/4's

In 6 quart stock pan, fry bacon, add onions, garlic and pepper to brown. Cook until onions are transparent. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Some water may be added. Cook, uncovered, for 1/2 hour.

Add seasoning, sausage, okra and heat to boiling. Add shrimp and crabmeat last to heat just before serving. Serve over rice.
