SAVORY SAUSAGE RICE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. bell peppers, finely chopped
3/8 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup
2 1/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. salt

Brown sausage in skillet. Drain, and add pepper, onion and celery. Saute. Combine soup mixture and water in saucepan, stir in rice. Cover. Simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Add sausage mixture and salt, stir well. Pour into greased dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
