CROCK POT BARBECUE BEEF | |
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chuck roast 1 (15 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 onion, chopped Salt & pepper to taste Cook on high until brown; then turn to low heat. Cook 6 to 8 hours. Chop meat. |
