CREAMY LIMA BEANS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook lima beans according to package. Drain well. In medium saucepan, cook onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and brown sugar. Cook, stir constantly, until bubbly. Stir sour cream and drained beans into sauce mixture. Heat through but don't boil.
