BAKED LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. dried lima beans
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. sour cream

Soak lima beans overnight. Drain, add cold water to cover beans. Add 1 teaspoon salt. Cook for 1 hour or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix butter, sugar, salt, molasses, mustard and sour cream. Add to cooked beans. Put in baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
