SEAFOOD COCKTAIL SAUCE 
1 c. chili sauce or catsup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. horseradish

Mix all ingredients. Yield approximately 1 1/4 cups. Variation: Add 2 tablespoons minced celery and 1 teaspoon onion.
