GREEN CHILI AND RICE | |
1 c. rice 1 can beef broth (bouillon) 1 med. onion (chopped) Monterey Jack cheese 1 cube butter 1 can hot water 2 cans whole green chili (Ortega) Brown rice and onions in butter. When golden brown add soup and water. Pour into glass baking dish. Slice Jack cheese and stuff peppers, and lay peppers over rice and cover tight. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes. |
