HOMEMADE COFFEE LIQUOR 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
4 c. water
2 oz. instant coffee
1 qt. vodka
1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise

Dissolve sugars in water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add instant coffee. Cool. Add vanilla bean and vodka. Store for 1 month in an air-tight jar.
