Slice a large onion and 1 jar (or can) of sliced mushrooms. Season with garlic powder. Saute in 2 tablespoons butter until onions are soft. Turn heat up to high and add breakfast steak or boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips about 2 inches long. Squirt in about 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, stirring continually until meat is done.
Cut pita bread in half and place meat inside the pocket. Top it off with shredded lettuce and shredded Swiss cheese.
